It's my experience that most Utahns, even employees on group plans, pay too much for health insurance because they're not aware of all the different options currently available. As a broker, I match my customers with the right company and plan or correct government program. I do health insurance for self employed individuals, small businesses, real estate agents, individuals inbetween jobs, families whose group plans are too expensive, and students.
